How to use

Immerse: fully submerge implements for a minimum of 10 minutes of contact time. Partial submersion does not count.
Rinse and dry implements before returning to service.
Replace solution daily, or sooner if the jar is visibly contaminated with hair, product, or debris.

Where Barbicide is not the right tool
Barbicide is an implement soak, not a surface spray and not a sterilant.
For chair upholstery, station counters, treatment tables, and other high-touch surfaces, reach for a ready-to-use surface disinfectant like PREvention or a Lucas-Cide RTU spray. Spraying Barbicide on surfaces is not how the product is labeled.
For blood-contact implements that need to be sterile (e.g., autoclaved tools in a podiatry or invasive setting), Barbicide does not replace an autoclave. Disinfection and sterilization are different regulatory categories.
For porous items (wood handles, raw cotton applicators), discard after single use. Soak does not work on porous material.

5.2. Defective Equipment

•After 90 Days: For equipment that becomes defective after 90 days, you are responsible for shipping it back for warranty repair. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The warranty period is based on the original order’s delivery date and is not extended for replacements.
